Some of our most meaningful food memories begin at someone’s table. At Grandma’s Table is a Nourishing the Culture™ offering created to celebrate the recipes, stories, traditions, and people who taught us how to eat long before nutrition became something we studied.
This is a space for remembering where our food comes from—and making sure those traditions continue.
Grandma rarely measured the seasoning.
She cooked by taste, memory, and experience. A handful of this. A little more of that. And somehow, it came out right every time.
At Grandma’s Table captures those moments through conversations about family recipes, cultural food traditions, cooking techniques, and the stories behind the dishes we love.
Along the way, I’ll also explore the nutrition within these foods—not to “fix” Grandma’s cooking, but to help us better understand and appreciate what has been nourishing our families for generations.
Expect family recipes, conversations across generations, cultural food stories, ingredient spotlights, and reflections on how food connects us to family and home.
Some recipes may stay exactly as Grandma made them. Others may inspire new variations for today’s kitchen.
Either way, culture always has a seat at the table.
Have a family recipe or food story worth preserving? At Grandma’s Table is an invitation to share it, celebrate it, and pass it on.
Because sometimes the best nutrition lesson starts with asking Grandma, “How did you make this?”
